Alisha May Tansey now has a little sister! Emma Rose Tansey was born on July 14th 2003 weighing 8lbs 1½ oz. Like her sister, she is a really happy little girl. Unlike her sister, she does not have Spinal Muscular Atrophy, so she is staying!
